H.E.M Eric Camille N’DRY
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire to the Republic of India

Born January 25, 1962 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, Ambassador Eric Camille N’DRY is the father of four children. He holds a bachelor's degree in french modern literature and a diploma from the National School of Administration of Côte d'Ivoire (diplomatic section).

 

Functions held within the Central Administration of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

1988-1994: Officer, successively at the Political Affairs Division and at the UN Division;

2003-2006: Special Assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs;

2013-2017: Deputy Director, West Africa at the Bilateral Relations General Division;

2017-2018: Director, Sub-Saharan Africa and Indian Ocean at the Bilateral Relations General Division;

2018-2019: Director, Africa at the Bilateral Relations General Division.

Functions held abroad

1994-2000: First Secretary at the Permanent Mission of Côte d'Ivoire to the United Nations (New York), in charge of disarmament and general policy issues;

2001-2002: Counselor at the Permanent Mission of Côte d'Ivoire to the United Nations (New York), in charge of social, humanitarian and cultural issues;

2006-2009: First Counselor at the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in India;

2009-2013: First Counselor at the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in Canada;

Since May 24, 2020: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire to the Republic of India.

Ambassador Eric Camille N'DRY participated in several sessions of the United Nations General Assembly and took an active part in the organization of several joint commissions of cooperation as well as in five Summits of the Friendship and Cooperation Treaty between Côte d'Ivoire and Burkina Faso.

Ambassador Eric Camille N’DRY was decorated in the National Order of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
